IEEE HNICEM 2026 invites researchers, practitioners, and industry experts worldwide to submit original and unpublished research papers in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, and emerging technologies.
As the 18th installment of this established international conference series, HNICEM serves as a premier platform for presenting cutting-edge research and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across engineering, technology, environmental sciences, and management.
Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to quality and compliance with IEEE standards. Indexing in Scopus is subject to evaluation.
Authors must submit original manuscripts that have not been previously published or are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
